Short Description:

Our Aluminum foil Mylar tape uses aluminum foil as the carrier, coated with acrylic adhesive or laminated with PET film through hot pressing (available in black or transparent). It comes in two forms: soft aluminum foil and hard aluminum foil. The tape consists of a metal aluminum foil backing material with adhesive attached to a polyester belt, typically made of PET or PP. Thinner aluminum foils of 7UM and 9UM are commonly chosen, although there is a recent trend of increasing the thickness to 4UM due to the demand for smaller and thinner electronic products. The choice of aluminum foil thickness depends on the specific industry and intended application.
